Information on this site

The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It isn’t professional, regulatory, nutritional or medical advice, and it isn’t an offer to supply. Timeframes, minimum quantities and prices depend on your product and are confirmed only in a written quote. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise that it always is.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything. If we go ahead together, the work is governed by our written quote and manufacturing agreement, not by this website.

What you send us

You keep ownership of the information and files you send us, including your formulas, specifications and artwork. You allow us to use them to assess your enquiry, reply to you and prepare a proposal.

We treat what you send as confidential and use it only for those purposes. If you would like formal protection before sharing sensitive files, choose a mutual NDA in the form. We will send it to you first, and the upload link follows once it’s signed.

By sending us files, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they don’t contain malware or anything unlawful. Please don’t upload information that you aren’t allowed to share.

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, interfering with how it works, sending spam through the form, or copying the site’s content in bulk by automated means.

Our content

The site’s content, including the text, images, animation, illustrations and our name and logo, belongs to us or the people who licensed it to us. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, change or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The SGS certification marks belong to SGS and are shown under our certification.

Other websites

Links to other websites, such as the SGS certified client directory, are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. If the form isn’t working, you can always email us at [email protected].

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

Subject to that, we provide this website “as is”, and we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including loss of data, revenue or profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you use the site apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
